How to get an Account and access the full Thales eSecurity Help Center
To access all of the Help Centre articles or submit support requests you will need an account with Thales e-Security. Anyone with a current valid support contract can get an account.
If you have emailed Thales for Technical Support in the last few months you will already have an account. Click the 'Sign In' option at the top of the page and then select 'forgot my password' to reset your password.
If you do not have an account you can either email the Thales support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
or phone using the contact numbers from the 'contact us' page
